Chinese Deputy Prime Minister Mr Yang Wang addressed the Opening Ceremony, and the congress was focused on "Small Seeds, Big Dreams" to exchange information related to crop breeding, agricultural machinery and chemical to address pressing issues of global warming, population growth and sustainable economy.
