Mr Kaisong WU, Chairman, is also Life-time Honorable Chairman of Shenzhen Techow Chamber of Commerce, with investments in his other companies in properties, transportation, finance and agriculture. He was selected as one of the “Top 100 Outstanding Businessmen in Shenzhen”, and “Innovating Pioneer in Shenzhen".  

Dr Yasheng YANG, CEO and Deputy Chairman, received his Ph.D. from Maryland University, USA. He once worked for the Fujian Province Government. In 1997 he co-founded Origin Agritech Ltd. (NASDAQ GS: SEED) and served as President and Deputy Chairman.
